The dress code is summer formal. (Formal: Cocktail dresses and jumpsuits, dark suits and ties, etc.) It is summer so dress comfortably.

Currently, the ceremony and cocktail hour will be outdoors. The reception will take place indoors. You are more than welcome to enter the reception space early if need be. There will be plenty of space to roam around the property during cocktail and the reception. Wear or bring any items to ensure your comfort. We will provide fans for the outdoors. If the weather is too hot that day, we may have the ceremony indoors in the same space as the reception. Therefore, we would ask you all to explore the property during cocktail hour to flip the space for the reception. Thank you for your understanding. This summer is abnormal compared to previous summers.

Weather update 6/30/24: The weather will be hot. There is a chance we will have to have ceremony in the reception space. Please be understanding of multiple transitions if we to make changes to accommodate you all. While we can't predict the exact forecast for our special, our later start time is to avoid the mid-afternoon heat but that may not happen.

Murfreesboro is outside of Nashville. If you are coming from Nashville, make sure you leave earlier because traffic is unpredictable. The venue does provide parking. Due to certain constraints, we are unable to accommodate all children at our wedding. We will communicate with you directly regarding who will be able to attend. Please reach out to us directly on whether we can accommodate your children. We are sorry for the inconvenience.

There will not be an open bar. The reception will serve only tea and water. There will be bar stations on property that will service fountain drinks, wines, and "specialty drinks".

Suggested hotels in the Murfressboro area are listed in the travel section of your wedding website. Currently, room blocks are available for the following hotel: Marriott Courtyard Murfreesboro See travel section for more information. You do not have to stay in the Murfreesboro area. Other suggested cities are Smyrna, LaVergne, Antioch, and Nashville. The closer you stay to downtown Nashville, the more expensive it may be. All cities are close enough to Nashville to enjoy the city attractions and restaurants.

It is our preference to have an "unplugged wedding" but it will not be enforced. We would like to not have phones interfering with photography we hired for the ceremony. Feel free to take any photos after the ceremony. We will have designated hashtags we would like to attach to your photos when you post.

The best way to RSVP is through the website. An invitation will be sent to you virtually or by mail. If you receive one virtually, you may through the online request or website. If you receive an invitation by mail, you may send the return the RSVP card by mail or through the website.

You will RSVP by mail or online by May 31, 2024.

We hope to have a virtual option for guests who cannot attend or could not attend due to number limit. We will keep you posted on virtual ceremony details when they become available.

The reception will end by 10:00pm.
